What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and Stripe. If one of these payment methods was declined,
email us at hi@nextevo.one and we will help you figure out what went wrong.

Can I change or update my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, reach out to us at hi@nextevo.one
right away. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we unfortunately
can’t make changes.

How long does shipping normally take?

Shipping times vary by location. Most orders arrive within 1 month after
dispatch. Please allow for additional time during peak seasons or carrier delays.

How do I get free shipping?

You will receive free shipping if you complete a minimum spend of $50 USD.
Otherwise, a shipping fee will be included when you checkout.

Where does Nextevo ship from?

We currently ship our products from Vietnam.

How do I make a return?

Accepted Answer

To return a product, contact our customer support at hi@nextevo.one with your
order number, reason for return, and both photos and an unboxing video of the
product.

You must meet eligibility criteria in order to make a return: Initiated within 7
business days, in original condition, tags intact, with unboxing video & images
provided as proof.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) and instructions for return shipping. Please note, return shipping costs are
the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

What needs to be in the unboxing video?

Your unboxing video must show your product in original condition with tags
intact. Please contact hi@nextevo.one to initiate your return and ensure your
completion of proofs provided.

What if I forgot to make an unboxing video?

Accepted Answer

An unboxing video is required for any return, refund, or replacement. If one
wasn’t recorded, we may not be able to accept the return unless you can provide
clear evidence of the product in correct conditions.

When can I expect my refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect
your returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, but
your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in
your account. If you still have not received your refund, please contact
hi@nextevo.one.

Online shopping can be difficult for finding the correct fit and sizing. We have
done our best to create a size guide that can help you find the right size — you
can find the size-chart under each product page. If you’re struggling with sizing,
